With the upcoming version of Snow Leopard, I thought that Apple might have add the possibility to watch HD movie trailers on Front Row, but till now there is no rumors about that.
So I’ve google for that possibility and I’ve found the solution ‘Front Row Trailers.prefPane’, it’s installed on System Preferences and allows to choose the Front Row’s Trailers source, the sort type and to watch trailers in HD (720p is the maximum for now).
I recommend you to open your terminal and run this command. This will stop asking your password to change one by one definition on this prefPane.
iSyncButton was my first widget, and it’s available for download here and Apple. For my surprise, it also have been published on Mac OS Freeware Blog and MacUpdate.
Unfortunately I don’t know how many downloads have been already done, but I hope that have been many.

Hello everybody, it’s me again.
As you may noticed I’ve created my own domain ‘jorgesapereira.com’, so in the new few days I’ll be preparing my personal website, with some useful stuff and information about me.
Now its time to start the designing of jorgesapereira.com
iSyncButton is a Dashboard Widget that allows you to synchronize the devices configured on iSync in one single click.
It opens iSync, Synchronizes and when its done (even errors ocurred) it closes.
The iSyncButton was created by me, and for now it only syncs.
On the future I want to enable cancel sync and other options.
If you are like me and you like to know what’s playing on iTunes you can use GrowlTunes.
This application is on the Extras folder on the Growl (dmg) and shows you the song title, the artist, the artwork, the duration and it’s rating on a growl notification.
This is excellent but I’ve always thought that those headphones on the toolbar of the GrowlTunes app, were useless, for some good reasons like:
I usually don´t rate my music
To skip music I use the keyboard keys
To quit iTunes I use ‘+Q’ letting the GrowlTunes open for the next time I open iTunes
So in order to hide the headphones icon on the toolbar, all you have to do is:
Quit GrowlTunes.
Open the terminal app.
Type this command line: defaults write com.growl.growltunes GrowlTunesWithoutMenu -bool YES

I’m where today to tell you how can you download complete sets from Flickr.
Imagine that you have a friend that took the pictures from a party that you were present. He as posted the photos on Flickr and they are in a big number. So to download all that photos easily you can use ‘Photo Grabbr’, available here.
The only problem is that you cannot download ‘all rights reserved’ photos!
But it looks a good app. Have a look.
There are a lot of Web-Services in the internet now on these days, like Twitter, Google Reader, Meebo and many many more.
So what about to create single and independent applications for these Web-Services on your Mac? That’s possible with an App called Fluid that allows you to create a single App to that Web-Service, for example the twitter, the only thing that we have to do is set the URL, give a name to our App, set the Icon and choose where we want the App.
Now click on create and then the application will be available on the Location folder selected.
Now you can select ‘Launch Now’ and view the result.
Now you can create so much App as you like. Enjoy!

HttpMail is a plugin that allow you to get the mails on your hotmail account on Apple Mail.
I’ve tried this plugin but unfortunately it didn’t work for me because I’ve got a live.com account. I’ve read that it only works with hotmail accounts.
To remove this Plugin from your Mac all you have to do is:
Go to your Library folder, open the Mail folder and then the bundles folder .
